Practical, respectful support for everyday living: cooking, money, travel, work, friendships, built on what someone can do and wants to do next.
How we support
One front door. Whatever brings someone to us, we start with the person, not the category: their home, their plan, their people, and plenty worth waking up for.
Practical, respectful support for everyday living: cooking, money, travel, work, friendships, built on what someone can do and wants to do next.
Predictable support from familiar faces, environments shaped around sensory needs, and communication on the person's terms, never the other way round.
Steady, non-judgemental support through better and harder weeks, working alongside community mental health teams, with recovery goals the person actually chose.
Where support has broken down elsewhere, we plan carefully, staff consistently, and stay, including in the hard weeks. Positive behaviour support, done with dignity.
A week here has the ordinary things done well, meals, medication, appointments, and the things worth waking up for, planned and kept: the pool on Tuesday, the market on Saturday, the gig next month. Fun goes in the plan, with a budget and a review date.
The first answer to "can I try…?" is "how", not "no". We back people to take positive risks, planned, recorded, reviewed, because a life without risk isn't safety, it's smallness.
A place that feels like home
Real homes, not units. Warm, ordinary places to live.
