About Pamoja Support
Pamoja means together - a promise about how we work.
We provide supported living for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs. We don't believe in narrow boxes; we believe in one front door and support built around the person behind it.
Here's what together means in practice. We answer, referrals get a same-day response and a fast assessment. We stay, rotas are designed around familiar faces, because trust is built by turning up. And fun goes in the plan: the gigs, the swimming, the market on Saturday, recorded and reviewed like everything else that matters, because a good life is the outcome we're actually here for.
